The 1961 Royal Royaluxe 425 manual typewriter has a wide 11-inch carriage for typing its 88 characters on the black and red nylon ribbon. This model features a Spanish keyboard and character set (e.g. á, é, í, ó, ú, ñ, ¿, ¡). A stylish and sturdy leather carrying case is included.

This wonderful machine was made for Royal McBee Nederland N.V. in Cuijk, Holland. Based on the Halberg Traveller design, this is a vintage 1961 typewriter in great working condition. All the keys and actions are in fine working order (see typeface specimen).

There is something so wonderful about producing words with a typewriter that conveys an authentic feel and gives warm prose a character and power than the cold words produced by our computers could not. You will be ready to type that next great novel (or poem).
